SECURITY CHECKS

Would you like your home inspected after a major storm? We don’t have many but once in awhile one blows our way. Or maybe you would like your home checked on a regular basis for forced entry. Weekly, monthly or whenever you choose. We are not a security company but we can give you some piece of mind. After each inspection we will notify you of our findings.

Inspection fee is $25.00

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Our Housekeeping Services are provided Monday thru Friday. We require a minimum of 1 week notice in order to accommodate our scheduling needs. Our Services are as follows:

· As Needed Housecleaning: Includes Vacuuming, Mopping, Dusting, Counter Tops, Tubs, Showers, Toilets, Household Trash Removal, change and wash Linens.

· Pre-Arrival Touch ups: Includes Light Dusting, Counter Tops, Toilets, Heat or Air (adjusted for your arrival) and clean off Decks.

· Deep Cleaning: Includes Items mentioned in As Needed Housecleaning, plus Wax Furniture, Dust Floor Moldings, Turn Mattresses, Change Air Filters, Clean Blinds and Vacuum Sofas.

Costs are determined based on layout, size and difficulty to clean. Call for an appointment to customize your Housekeeping Service.

WINTERIZATION

Here in North Georgia winterization is very important.

No one wants to hear that their water pipes have burst. We will switch your heat on to the temperature you request, turn your water off and drain your faucets. If you desire we can turn your water heater to cold if it is gas, or turn it off if it is electric.

Winterization fee is $25.00 (Included free for customers who have regular inspections.)

KEY HOLDING / MAINTENANCE

Need repair maintenance done on your home? We can direct you to our preferred vendors or maybe you already have someone in mind. With your authorization we can allow entry into your home, confirm completion and quality of work. Rest assured we do not make any money on what you are charged by the contractor. We will charge you a trip fee and an hourly fee above an hour of our time and will forward to you the contractors bill for you records.

$50.00 trip fee (Includes procuring vendor if needed, scheduling appointment, travel expense and 1 hour time.)

$35.00 each additional hour if needed to stay with contractor

YARD SERVICE

We provide Landscaping Services from general lawn care to detailed garden work. We stress to vacation homeowners to try to establish as maintenance free of a yard as possible. If plantings are requested we do opt for native and wildlife friendly choices. If chemicals are needed for weed control we attempt to use them sparingly and use organic methods when practical.
